• Call and arrange a meeting with TCG Manager to discuss your needs as assess if TCG is a good fit for your project.
• Receive an estimate from TCG for your project. This can be fixed price or hourly rate.
• Sign a contract for services with agreed upon scope, budget and timeframe.
• Each client is assigned a team of student-consultant(s) and a technical project manager.
• Work can be done on your site or at a TCG site depending on project.
• We provide status reports on a regular basis.
• Invoices will be sent to the client at agreed upon milestones.
• Final payment is made upon satisfactory completion of all deliverables.
